About me

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Houston, building a clinical practice rooted in psychodynamic and attachment-based frameworks.

I'm especially drawn to working with trauma, grief, and identity-related concerns, and to helping clients understand how early relationships and life experiences shape the way they move through the world today.

Background

Alongside my clinical path, I spent more than a decade in nonprofit operations, fundraising, and community programming, with organizations serving refugees, youth, and Asian American communities.

That work taught me

  1. 01

To understand the systems clients live within.

  2. 02

How trust is built with people from many backgrounds.

  3. 03

To stay steady and organized when things get complicated.

These are skills I now bring into the therapy room.
